G’day Donna,
That brings back memories of watching “Old Faithful” after being warned by the guide. Nothing like this in Tasmania where I live.
Yellowstone has so many wonderful features, geysers being just one of them.
It must have been quite a sight! 🙂
It truly was – Yellowstone National Park is my favorite park.
Wow! That looks like a fun time
I’ve been through Yellowstone several times, all by motorcycle (mine or on the back of hubby). The best way to experience it.
sounds like so much fun
So many wonderful memories…
Love that photo. B&W are so vivid!
Thanks again for stopping by!
This reminds me of one of the geothermal lakes I visited in NZ
I’d love to visit there – met some folks who had lived there for several years. Beautiful country for sure!
Lovely photo. Yellowstone really is a treasure. My brother visited it this winter and said the experience was so vastly different than in other seasons, I’m tempted to see for myself.
I haven’t been in winter but have seen photos. So gorgeous. I’ve been there a4-5 times (lost count) and every visit was different. Definitely my favorite park.
Super pic. The vast expanse gives such perspective
Thank you. It was amazing to see!
nice one

Thanks, appreciate the drop-in!
Wow, I love this one! The horizon, the clouds, the steam, and the framing with the motorcycle 🙂 You have a lovely point of view.
The Multicolored Diary
Thank you.
I loved Yellowstone. The geysers were amazing, though I actually had more fun seeing the bacteria pools. One of the few times in my life that I felt like I was standing on an alien planet.
I love the hot pots, but even though I’m sure I took a photo, I couldn’t find one.
Cool picture. I love the fact you were on your motorcycle. I miss riding.
SO do I – riding on the back isn’t the same for me, plus I can now only do 2 hr or less rides. Sniff…
